Great Thought!

What I meant here is that when you love someone completely & they don’t reciprocate the same, our love actually grows stronger for them. It’s like, we run after the thing we can’t have.

This makes us lose ourselves, but once we realise that it’s not what we deserve, we have to find ourselves, we start to hate the person we love because they don’t love us back.

But you cannot hate someone you love. You can only move on thinking , “All happened for the good. I don’t even like him”- meaning- I love him but in order to move on, I have to tell myself that he isn’t a good person after all, else he wouldn’t hurt me. But we cannot lose feelings for them, love is immortal. But liking is not.

For example- We can like our friends and our colleagues, but eventually they do some things that aren’t in our favour and we tend to grow apart from them and not like them anymore. We move on easily there, because there isn’t any love involved.

Yet, with love, you can’t un-love once you love. But if you DISLIKE them, it’s easier to realise your worth and to move on.

So, You can love someone, but not like them. It’s necessary to let go.

I hope I cleared the confusion!

Thanks.
